This webinar was designed to provide insight into the development of the endurance athlete’s aerobic engine based on target events. We’ll review the factors of endurance and demonstrate some unique tracking methods in WKO4 to help estimate when an athlete has reached maximal aerobic fitness based on limitations (time, genetics, etc.).
