This is my personal workout routine, I decided to post it on youtube for others that want to stay fit and have fun at the same time! This workout includes stretching, warm ups, a cardio/aerobic workout with water breaks, and cool down. This is a good workout for those that can’t dance, like me, because most of the moves are simple, and there are easier variations that can be made for the harder ones. Each workout song is cut down to less than 2 minutes except for 2 or 3….which you will surely enjoy~ The actual workout doesn’t start until 3:40, but I suggest you do the warm ups!
