You want to show that the market is increasing and that you are going to take advantage of certain aspects that are causing an upward trend in fitness centers. You may be able to use several markets and diversify which can be very desirable.

It is important to have a marketing or advertising strategy and information on how you plan to advertise your services as this section may show that you are advertising in the wrong places. You also can emphasize why your club is better then the other competitors in the area and explain how you plan on maintaining this advantage.

A sales strategy is also important and you will need to have an outline or plant that extends over the next few years. This may change in the future but you need to show that you have a plan for increasing or at the very least maintaining sales. The sales strategy is generally broken down into the following categories, sales, membership, group classes, massage, childcare and any other services you may offer.
